Description

This is a character that will appear in my manga "Stormbow". This isn't how we usually see him, though, as this is his spirit form.
Dream vision shows the spirit form of any living being (including animals and plants): the spirit forms are allegorical, as they show the true nature of a person, and also their emotions in one given moment.
I drew this guy in class (teacher are quizzing all day now, lol) on my notebook (hence the lines), but he came out so good I had to upload him. Can somebody tell me how to cancel those lines without having to do it by hand?
Since spirit forms are allegories, stuff like anatomy and the laws of physics don't really apply to them (unless that is their nature).
His limbs are black because they're cooler than his torso and head: I was going for the "burnt matchstick" look.

Greetings and salutations from Project comment here to give a few roof ideas and thoughts I had on this simple yet entertaining piece again like I tell everyone else any critics just opinion so if you don't like anything I say you don't have to take it seriously in the end you're your own artist and it's up to you to decide what and how you want to execute your talents.

First off I'm going to start with the creatures design humanoid fire creature very cute his personality really shines through slightly arrogant playful and as well as devious but not to the point of being vindictive or overly dangerous as long as you don't touch him or get on his bad side interesting how you did the head I can't tell the white stuff on the top hair it's very interesting it sort of looks like a flower it's very cool and pretty to look at all so you do a wonderful good job at doing colors it looks just like Flame also I think it's interesting how you made him look more solid at the bottom part of his body then the top half I don't know if this was intentional but the effect is quite well and good one thing tunic pic is his legs seem very short and his body very long I don't know if this wasn't intentional part of the design but if you're trying to make him look like a realistic humanoid realistic humans didn't have longer legs but it could be his creature design so it could not be a mistake at all.

The one poor thing I have to say about this pieces that it was done online paper it's fine for doodling before doing nice pieces like this you should try using solid colored paper although coming by art supplies can be hard to come by by depending on your income bracket I always trust in fate with hand-me-downs and the cheapest art paper I can get at the store.

I'd be curious to see more of this creature and more like them if you ever get the chance to draw more his character seems very sweet and fun to be around like I said as long as you don't get on his bad side I love the uniqueness of your character designs you do things that are entirely different than other people's and don't try to mimic a whole lot of other stuff that's been done before don't get me wrong elves and dwarves are very fun and I'm a sucker for a LOR but I think it's always really fun to see people come up with their own creature designs it was one of my favorite things to do as a kid was come up with creatures they didn't exist me and my sister would draw these pictures of Little Pet Shops filled with little animals that didn't exist not that we agreed with pet shops but it was a fun format to use for that sort of thing plus we were only seven and nine
